We have never been disappointed with our service or everything we have ordered.

My mother has reservations for Thanksgiving, 2014 one month ago. they verified that we got the buffet room and the waitress informed them that there was an salatable and a complete menu. they called the day before thanksgiving to check the reservation and said it would appear more people. the waiter has checked the reservation and said we were put in the buffet room! we came on Thanksgiving all 15 of us and were treated as second-citizen. allow me my tante may have fed to the waitress on service over us not united the buffet room as we were promised, but what that say again?! the head is the same. there was another family in the buffet room and what we thought was their relatives or friends! the waitresses have been to us as far as I was concerned and beaten us pretty much! my onkel has cold fake gfs food service turkey I asked regular pop two minutes later kim brought out thet. the green bean casrole was cold, my mother asked for no butter on her toast twice and every time it came with butter, she ordered an eight ounce steak, it had to be about 3 ounces. she was also potato peels instead of American pommes with her steak and iron all for the cherap price of $11,99, my father went to mcdonalds with the fear that she spit in our food or worse. my tante ordered a turkey dinner and did not get her food! my mom waited for 45 minutes on coffee and I wait for my pop that took so long. they confirmed that we had reservations in the buffet room, but never honored our reservations! God knows what the waiters are in our eating. could we treat it differently? the head is the same. our results made a month ahead of time! after everything was said and done, we had a terrible time eating was terrible together with the waiter kim and the manager that ganged on us when it really peppermill 's fault, why this all started first! that's the hammer!

The service was good, but eating was very dirty, they did not season the chicken pliers at all.

Poor girl was the only server with 10 plus tables. service was good considering that it was the only one on the floor. $8 for half a glass strawberry diquiri without alcohol. deep fried mushrooms and swirl were amazing! hand dipped and fresh. deep fried fish was not what I expected with how good their hand dipped appetizers are

They go there with my friend when we're in the city, because we don't live here and this time we've been turned off completely. lady seemed overworked, annoyed, didn't get any refills, and the job I said it came with a pickle on the side. She didn't know how she told me that it wasn't coming with pickles. usually sand coming with a pickle and their are really good. neither of us received one. only reason his 3 is because I like to service before this time. I hope they get more employees because they need it
