Adobo flakes (instructed chef to cook it crispy) was very delicious. 21 batchoy soup is their signature dish must try. Also had the pork chop ala Bicol express! Food is priced very reasonable for the quality your getting.
Regular Batchoy is meat only. Special has added liver in strips. Souper has all of that bone marrow. Go for super!
Classy inside, good service, good internet and great food! Special batchoy is only served 2PM-5PM so plan ahead. The Japanese restaurant next door has a cross restaurant agreement so you can order food from them in 21 and vice versa.
Very nice place. Good for the family, in the food at a reasonable price. Amenities are well maintained and well maintained. Very recommended place to visit.
Their food was great. I recomemd their baby back ribs and karekare. its super mouth watering.
