Berbeza Bistro - Bacolod City

Very very good...creative menu...chicken curry Kapitan (Indonesian style), Tataki beef (Japanese style), vegetable lumpia bowl and a flower from the staff for my wife on Mother’s Day!

The food itself... satisfyinglly... burp! great recipes, aroma flavah, texture, blend of spices... perfect!

I love that they change their salads to reflect what is in season. This non salad eater will eat Berbeza's salads and finish it too. And the tasting menus are so creative and delicious at the same time. The flavours explode in your mouth in one surprise after the other. It is worth visiting Bacolod just for this.

Right now hands down the best restaurant in Bacolod. Beautiful flavors, well presented and wonderful use of local ingredients. I love their creative and innovative cuisine.

The ambiance of the venue is nice. Some food taste good. But the beef satay was not tender nd so small in size.
