Hamlet - Bacău

We had dinner here and were not satisfied with the experience. The food was mediocre at best. Most dishes we ordered were tasteless. The service was not friendly, not attentive, and not helpful. There were people who burst next to our table and that was allowed. The restaurant looked clean and organized, but that was the only plus. Don't waste your money here.

I waited for a waiter to get us a menu approx. 30 minutes before our departure. The waiters either sat by the phone or just went by to ignore us. The terrace was only half full. Never back, do not recommend, there are a lot of places in the area with better service.

You have to wait like minimum one hour for the food to show up, the food is ok but the time you have to wait is ridiculous, then we wait for the check for 30minutes, so i dont recommend it, there are better places where you can eat.

Visited twice with two large parties . The food all arrived on time (together) no one was disappointed by the choices they made or the quality of the food . Service was also very good

Plus:someone was playing piano or something like that. Very nice. The woman who got our orders was too organised when noting the orders but in the end forgot to bring the dessert for one of us.
