The Lodge Restuarant - Babergh

We popped in on the off chance of table for lunch. Was told that we do usually have to book but as they weren’t too busy we could find a table and order. We haven’t ever been here before and the restaurant was lovely. Nice atmosphere and the staff working were lovely. We both had a roast, gammon and a chicken. They were absolutely beautiful. The roast potatoes and the parsnip shavings on top were especially delicious. Thank you so much and we definitely will be back again soon.

Lovely meals with an artistic twist served by friendly staff. Couples to large groups catered for. Recommend booking to avoid disappointment.

Thankyou for hosting my husband 's80th birthday celebration, last weekend everything was perfect, staff, food and atmosphere, highly recommend your roasts.

The food was amazing plentiful options, polite service from staff but only issue it was a cold venue, staff put on radiators but very chilly.

Sunday roast was magnificent, huge portions and delicious! Fruit crumble was just perfect!
