Lái Lái Xuān - 八郎潟町

I had the miso chashu ramen and it was delicious with a rich and flavorful soup. The thin noodles were well-cooked and mixed perfectly with the bean sprouts and chives. The chashu was large and incredibly tender, I can understand why it's so popular. Despite some reviews mentioning it was dirty, I didn't mind at all. I think the restaurant's long history adds to its charm in a good way. I give it a perfect score of 100 for the taste. Thank you for the meal.

I tried the recommended miso tantanmen. The spiciness wasn't too strong and the soup had a creamy, egg-like texture that was deliciously smooth. The addition of pickled ginger also enhanced the flavor. Thank you for the delicious meal.

建物は、かなり古い。 味は個人的には良いと思います。本日は、思いきって味噌ホルモンラーメンと半ライス、餃子を食べました。

決して女性受けしそうな感じではありませんので、ナシュラン的なお店がおイヤな方は遠慮していただきたい。。。がしかし、通ってしまうおいしさがあります。 私はここのラーメンが好きですw
