Chipotle Mexican Grill - Azusa

The servings are so small now... Protein servings are halved compared to a few months ago and rice is undercooked.

I come to this location often and its always a pleasant experience. I want to give Andrew a shoutout, I was having a rough day and he his professionalism and sense of urgency to help me out really lightened my mood. Its people like Andrew that make the world a better place. Keep Crushing It bud!

I got a carnitas burrito and it came as chicken instead, the girl that served me was rude and rushed me, i told her i wasn’t sure about what to get (was ordering for someone else) and she was NOT helpful and very very rude. i asked if they could label the burritos and the guy goes “i obviously don’t know which is which”.. as someone who works in customer service i feel as if this is just not okay… the girl was also rude to her coworker.

The first thing I noticed was that the entire lunch shift staff were all young men. These young gentlemen had this store cleaner and more well-ran/efficient than any other Chipotle I’ve been to. The food was fresh, my burrito was wrapped clean and not sloppy with sauce oozing from the side like other locations I’ve been to. Definitely impressed with this location. Keep it up, guys!

Love this place! Chipotle is a tasty blend of authentic Mexican flavor with its delicious burritos, salads and freshly made chips. I love the new spicy chicken, and if you add guacamole and sour cream you are in for a treat. Comparing other local Mexican food eateries to Chipotle is a total no brainer. If you choose a burrito or simply have the tasty refried or black beans, avocado, chicken, beef and a choice of freshly cut vegetables in a bowl, you will not leave the restaurant hungry. Portions are generous, so come in with an appetite! This restaurant serves great choices of ice cold domestic and craft bottled beer with your favorite brand of bottled sodas. The manager, Matt, expects perfect customer experience from his friendly staff while the restaurant is always clean and spotless. Hungry and yearning for a great south of the border taste?
