Whataburger - Azle

The chicken here is ALWAYS to cooked to where it is way to hard to eat even on the chicken honey butter biscuits.. It was 5:30 we went to pickup breakfast before leaving and even then it just tasted stale and overcooked other then than its an okay placemaybe a bit overpriced for their stuff I mean just a burger alone is almost as much as the meal which is ridiculous so I hardlygo here anymore but they are open 24/7 so that is good for late night no other options anymore I don't think so a plus I guess.

Holly Trammell the manager was very friendly and joked and laughed with me and that is important to me. Reagan who checked me out was super nice and had a warm and inviting smile. The facility was spotlessly clean. The service was fast and friendly. Andof course the food is fantastic. I mean really its Whataburger what else do you expect. 5 stars all around.

Everytime I order curbside, it takes FOREVER! tonight it said ready in 6-9 minutes.... It took TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for them to bring it out! I even called to check status and they said they're putting fries in and it'll be out. TEN minutes later I had togo in and get my order and the drinks weren't even ready. Literally the worst whataburger to deal with

Went through the drive thru about 3am Wednesday morning and had the best experience with the manager. She had an amazing upbeat attitude and was in charge of cooking this amazing sausage bowl

The thing about this location is they take forever ever. It doesn?t matter if you do pickup or drive-thru. Last night we ordered ahead and did pickup. Our order still came out over 15 minutes past the time it was to be ready. The kids fries weredumped upside down in the bag. The fries in general were limp and not crispy. My chicken sandwich was cold. We were not givenany ketchup or napkins. If there was a closer Whataburger I wouldn?t ever chose this one.
