Whataburger - Azle

Joy is the best ! Have not seen her in awhile but she is for sure an asset

Worst Whataburger ever. Came through the Drive thru at 4am and there was no one in line and no one in the lobby. The guy got my order wrong and it took over 30 mins to get a burger and a bacon egg biscuit. Then I was told they were making fresh fries. I got the coldest nastiest fries I have ever tasted. How do you take 30 mins when I was the only one there and still give me nasty food? Will definitely stop in Lake Worth on my way home and not the Azle location from now on

This whataburger is just going downhill idk if they aren’t teaching there cooks or short staffed or what but they just cannot cook at this location totally disappointed in the food I received

Service in side or out is slow. Not a single worker has a since of urgency. Just the last time I was there I order on the mobile app and still waited 30 minutes

Absolutely the worst Whataburger in the world.. after spending 33 minutes in the Drive-Thru I got my money back and went somewhere else.. I don't know what has happened to Azle Texas Whataburger's management and staff but it needs a complete overhaul before I will ever go back.
