Had a problem with one of the employees and the manager took care of it right away and resolved the issue

The service is quick and the crew is very positif and gentile

I went this morning, (even tipped), and once again my order was wrong and my latte tasted burnt. Pretty sure they used iced coffee and not espresso. Won't be going back. Thank God for the king st location in Littleton that remade it with no issue!

I really wish this place could just get the bagels right? Everything. Else about this place is great good customer service But unfortunately any time you order something Warm or toasted it always comes back cold for barely warm even if you ask for it extra toasted. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
