I will describe my recent visit: 1. There was a huge and long line. Clearly, there aren't enough bakeries in the area near Victory Park. 2. About the young man serving me: I asked for a donut, a strawberry basket, and two chicken and mushroom julienne dishes. First, they gave me a LEMON basket and a donut. I told them I ordered something else, so they gave me the correct basket, but without the donut. I said I wanted it changed. When I opened the box at home, they had given me 2 mushroom julienne dishes instead of the chicken I had ordered. It was 11 in the morning, not the end of the workday. I don't understand how they could mix up ALL of the items.

I absolutely adore this place! It's perfect for a quick snack on the go, and you must try their delicious broth and share it with your family.

I waited in line with 8 other people, only to be turned away because they couldn't make change for my 1000 ruble bill. Not only was I frustrated by this, but the attitude I received was impersonal and cold. It felt as though I was just another customer on a conveyor belt, with no consideration for the fact that I had waited in line in the winter cold. When I suggested they give me as much change as they had on hand and offered to return later since I lived close by, they simply replied, "We don't do it that way." The service on December 24th, 2023 at 6:00 PM was almost fantastic. However, the food and atmosphere were both rated very low, with the food receiving a 4 and the service and atmosphere each receiving a 1.

Good chain project The numbers change, but the name Bakery remains unchanged, which accurately defines a true Leningrad or St. Petersburg resident. If you want to pass for your own, don't say "bulochnaya," as the pronunciation in St. Petersburg dialect is "buloshnaya." I give five points to the chain managers. They have achieved the impossible - the staff in these stores are attentive and obedient, and as I understand it, even disciplined. Considering that I hardly eat sweets, I won't say anything about the pastries, although the potatoes are amazing. I am more into bread, my favorite bread is rye and baguette.
