We received no 8 pieces of meal with our order and the cheese sauce was entirely inside the bag, which covers the other meals and ranch dressings. When we wanted to talk to the manager, they were rude and showed zero empathy for our situation. Easy experience and no customer service skills.
I waited for an hour for my food. The French fries were burnt, the wings were undercooked, and all of our food was cold. I will never return to this place - the food was terrible and the service was bad.
I typically love the wings at this restaurant... but today they were not up to par. I usually order the dry rub wings, so I'm not sure if they prepared them differently because they seemed lacking in seasoning. I ordered lemon pepper and Louisiana rub, but they almost seemed plain. It tasted like they had cooked the wings in the flavors, but forgot to add the extra spice. I hope this was just a mistake and that the wings will be better next time. Today's experience was disappointing.
Food lasted twenty minutes. Looks like they have their internet crash that is understandable. But if employees are sitting like that? There's always something to do, even if they're new.
I was very disappointed when I arrived an hour before closing and was told that I couldn't order any wings because the kitchen had already been cleaned. If the restaurant is going to stay open late, they should still offer their full menu. The staff seemed uninterested in serving us and made no effort to make the signature dish that Wing Stop is known for. It was a very poor excuse for not wanting to do their job properly.
