Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Avondale

I visited the restaurant a few days ago, but unfortunately it was closed. I was disappointed because all I wanted was some ice cream.

My first visit to this restaurant was disappointing as the cake batter used for the frozen yogurt was expired. I wasted $25 on the dessert and when I tried to inform the store about it, there was no answer.

There are very limited topping choices at this restaurant. I was disappointed to see one employee using their phone even while checking out. Even more disappointing was the fact that they do not accept Apple Pay, and only allow exact change for cash transactions.

Two young guys working on a Sunday afternoon. No customers, and they were both just standing around chatting- but the place was filthy. Not just like they had just finished a big rush and not cleaned up but more like there hasn 't been a good cleaning done in a LONG time. All of the spoons in the various topings had weeks worth of gunk caked on them. There were four of us, and three out of the four got the basic milk chocolate flavor and found it to be sour. Like sour milk. When we told the employees, they said that it tastes fine to them... and that was that. A quick stop in the restroom (which I opted not to use) revealed the attached pictures. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Went here for yogurt after the supposed open time and it was closed still. Didn't even look like they were going to open all day. Nobody was there. Wasted my time.
