The North House - Avon

Good vibe in the Tavern, the restaurant was a bit sparse, but this was NYE, and early.

Onion soup was delicious. Scallops were very good but could of been warmer.

We went for Christmas Eve diner and our waiter was very, very grumpy. You could tell he didn’t want to be there. And, we were very nice to him….but his attitude did not change at all. Food was okay. However, the place is super charming. They could make the main room a little cozier by dimming the lights and placing candles on the tables.

Excellent menu, HUGE wine list, and very attentive staff.
