Wine/gastronomy with possibility of degoting on site. mandatory stop, we stopped to make a trip by plane but especially to swallow a good black flight and local products. has only 3 tables so better to book. we have chosen the 20€a head of bottles ifno there is also that at 10€ with the bulky local wines, all accompanied by a beautiful cutter of cheese, meat and local products. in the cutting board were: salamino with fennel, salamino al nero d'avola, green olives, dried tomatoes, cow's cheese with black avola, pistachio cheese, saffron cheese, orange ham, tomato jam. the degotation gives the possibility to try 3vini (a white and two reds) and 1moscato for a total of 4. all really good and well described by the boy. besides the cutting board we have resumed the cheese with pistachio accompanied by a jam of oranges, the lard with honey and ricotta with the jam of berries. every product was so good that we would buy everything and eventually we took away the white wine lupara, the red will, a piece of orange ham and the jam of cherry tomatoes. unique experience, really good products, full stomach and goutive papille in jujury broth, I would do it again a thousand times. What to say, recommended to closed eyes!

Great degotation. for the price we paid (10€ per person) we served various types of red, white, pink and moscato wine) and various friezes of cheeses and typical Sicilian of excellent quality. also very friendly and very helpful staff! really recommended, five stars deserved.

We opted for the degotation (with a cost of 20 euros per person) of 1 insolia, 2 blacks of flight and 1 moscato. all accompanied by 1 cutter of meat, cheese and bread seasoned included in the price. everything has been pleasantly surrounded by a family context, very friendly and welcoming, which made the gouves pleasant thanks also to the linear and clean explanation of one of the owners. definitely recommended for a stop of frill and all the substance.

You can not describe in words the gastronomic experience that you live in this small hidden place: definitely the best place I ate on my Sicilian holiday. typical products of first quality accompanied by excellent wines chosen, all served by professionals of the sector who have been able to propose and explain the various combinations of the degotation. it is absolutely worth flying for a meal to say little memorable.

Lovely! small family-run winery managed excellently! August 2021, on holiday in Sicily we decided to make a passage avola to taste the local wine. We couldn't have made a better choice. we made a degotation of 4 local wines with cutter of meats and cheeses. all of the highest quality with much lower prices than average. Moreover the friendliness of the owners, erica and save, has made the evening even more pleasant. 10!
