Thanasis Pizza House

I thought i found the best pizza shop when in June 2017 we got great Pizza, sadly the next one was very average then the third time we had friends over all day then they stayed past dinner time and we decided on a pizza, waited over 90 minutes then they wouldn't answer there phone. Then suddenly we get refunded via Paypal! No contact, no explanation to what happened to the order. Just a refund and an ignore.

Tried to order but no one answered the phone Sat. 5.15pm ??

Dine in experience was good but takeaway order took nearly 2 hours to arrive and I had to call up 3 times to check the progress!

Some of the best pizzas you can get on the coast but this does not come close to fixing the service issues. Waitress tonight snapped at us 3 times at simple things and then told us the menus are very out of date . Her body language suggested she didn 't want to be there and didn 't even bother bringing us menus; it was upon me to go and get my own. If you order I would strongly suggest spending as little time in interaction with staff as possible, very disappointingly paired to good pizza.

It use to be good pizza's, the last lot I purchased were rubbish.
