Regularly travelling throughout France, I necessarily eat regularly at the restaurant. The dishes I enjoyed today at you were absolutely succulent, and presented with taste and finesse. And the service, joyful and serious, is done in a good communicative mood. You have nothing to envy anyone. And I say so knowingly. I thank the providence for putting you on my way. The personal is super pleasant and welcoming and all this despite the stress generated by the countless service tables. He keeps his smile and keeps listening. I congratulate you on your efforts to deal with so many clients. The only negative point is the noise but it is clearly due to the fact that the room is too full.
