I went with my family to eat and the woman who was serving was very rude, she had a bad attitude, she served us reluctantly, she had unpleasant gestures towards us as if she didn't want to serve us, she took a while to take our order, well... she's not the one. It's the first time that person has treated us in that way. They have to improve the costumer service a lot; one not only pays for the Palette; also for the experience, and this is the worst experience I have had eating in Morelia.

Delicious paletas! Hubby got the strawberry cheesecake with half white chocolate graham cracker crust and I got the pistachio with half crunchy hazelnut dip and pistachio crumbs

One of the best frozen ice cream desserts in town. Our favorites was the Messi Paleta and Passion Fruit.

Super good service! The staff member did an amazing job explaining the options and how the ice cream process works. And of course the finished Paletas looked amazing and tasted even better. Would definitely recommend
