Mecca Gourmet - AVELEY

My family had dinner on Thursday night at this restaurant. We were greeted by the staff and seated outside on a lovely evening. For appetizers, we had a trio of dips and bruschetta. My daughter ordered her favorite kids meal, pizza, and my husband had the pork ribs. I chose the lamb shank with chat potatoes. We also had coffees and hot chocolate. All of the meals were cooked perfectly and presented beautifully. The meats were juicy and tender, falling off the bone. The portions were very generous. The dips and bruschetta were delicious. The staff was very accommodating and even provided my daughter with a coloring pack with Christmas lights. I highly recommend this restaurant/cafe. It truly made our night. The food at this restaurant is absolutely incredible. I went for dinner with some friends to celebrate my birthday and I couldn't find any fault with the food or service. The head chef, who is also the owner, puts so much heart and soul into the dishes. It's a bonus that you can bring your own wine or beer. I'll be moving into the area soon and this will definitely become my go-to spot!

As a first-time customer, I must say that I was not disappointed at all! The food was truly amazing and the service was quick and efficient. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning to this place more often and highly recommend it. I am excited to try out their breakfast menu next time!

Mecca is great! We eat here regularly get take away dinners. The food is always fresh, hot and absolutely delicious! The owners are always friendly and obviously love what they do. Can't recommend enough!

Wow Wow Wow We ordered the family dinner takeaway tonight. Our family of 8 devoured it and we still have some leftovers. The food was generous and very delicious but also very reasonable. We will be back Mecca Gourmet. Thankyou x
