Jack's - Autauga County

Pulled up after a vehicle left drive though. Nothing was said, I waited. Ladies voice came on Jack 's . I paused, confused. After a moment I asked, are you ready, she replied Jack 's . I felt this was blunt/rude/weird? usually your greeted, or asked if you are ready to order. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Asked for Dr. Pepper light ice, was told that sound was out. Asked for coke instead. Pulled up, paid cash, was handed drink then bag of food. Since I assume fresh chicken takes 3-5 mins to cook, and it had only been 2 minutes since I ordered, it wasn 't fresh. I pulled over in lot, sandwich was room temp, fries were fresh. No reciept was given, no napkins or ketchup(then again I didnt ask for ketchup, so, maybe my fault? . Anyhow it was my first visit to Jacks, and my last. Coming from Florida, going to Arkansas for work

TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AT THE WINDOW! Had a craving for a good burger so I ran to jacks for a quick burger since they make great burgers and they are fairly quick. I don't normally do fast food because I only get 30 minutes for lunch but sometimes I do. I have had nothing but good experiences with Jacks until today. I got a big bacon burger just the burger and my total was $6.34 I gave the lady at the window $6.39 because I only had a dime and pennys and she didn't give me the nickel back so I told her she still owed me a nickel and she didn't acknowledge me. I said mam did you hear me and she got an attitude and said yeah I gotta get the key to open the drawer you don't need to be yelling at me. I didn't yell at this woman first off. Then I asked her if the receipt was in the bag and she told me no, and walked off. I waited for a few minutes and she never came back to the window nor did she give me any napkins just the bag with the sandwich in it with a whole lot of attitude. This happened 4/2/2024 at 4:15pm in the afternoon. Don't know her name but she had a nasty attitude so needless to say I won't be returning to this location anymore.

Me and my wife normally like Jacks and like to stop while traveling because we don’t have them at home. We had been traveling several hours with three small children. My wife mentioned we should stop at this Jacks to let them get out of the car for a few minutes even though we were in a hurry to get home. We pulled in and went inside. Started off they were out of chicken patties for the sandwich. Ended up going with the burger. My wife got chicken for her and the kids. When she got it to the table the burger meat was warm but the bun was cold. Like got out of the fridge cold. The chicken they got was cold all the sides were cold. The chicken was tuff and over cooked. I think it all had been sitting out for a while. I didn’t get look in the kitchen but the dining area was dirty. Paper and things laying on the floor. And dust?? All the window sills were covered in dust. I could understand if they were busy. But we were the only ones in the dining area. My wife said the staff behind the counter was rude. The men’s bathroom was out of order. So a ran in the lady’s as my wife watched the door. It was disgusting. Toilets wouldn’t flush. Hate to see this at a normally good restaurant.

This Jack's is the worst Jack's I have ever tried to eat at......Every time I go they do mot have any food ready and the are rude .....unprofessional. All around bad.

Our family stopped at this location because we can’t get it at home. The men’s bathroom was out of order and the women’s bathroom was dirty. I requested a milkshake with my food and the cashier said she’s not able to do it even though there was plenty of ice cream for the milkshake. The staff that worked this shift did not want to work. We sat in the car to eat our food and saw several people walk out to go to the next establishment, cookout. Please get together your crew before this establishment closes due to poor customer service. We love to get Jacks when we travel, however, we will never stop at this location again.
