Firehouse Subs Prattville

Employees have always been sweet to me and my family. Food is excellent. I really hope the rumors on FB city page about the manager cussing out an employee are false. I would hope the manager knows he is a manager and not someone’s father.

They person that was bagging the food to go was extremely rude food was to go and was plated for her. I would had wrapped it myself to make it easier on her. Coming from a family of first responders maybe we shouldn't expect anything out of the people that is suppose to support them but it's not there place to know that but GOD LORD BE NICE.

Service was so so slow.... 4 customer in store and took 35 mins to get 2 subs to go. 3 works more worry about talking to each other.

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Upon entering, we had to wait 5-8 minutes before anyone came to the register to take our order, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, it took over 20 minutes to get our food, which is unacceptable for a fast-casual restaurant. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. They were unclean and poorly maintained, making the entire visit unpleasant. On a positive note, the two ladies making sandwiches were working hard and seemed dedicated to their tasks. However, their efforts couldn’t compensate for the overall poor experience. I expected much better from a well-known chain like Firehouse Subs. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Don't go here! Completely disgusting! Bathrooms were sticky, tables were sticky and the kitchen area was horrible. It took 40+minutes to get our food and then they gave us sandwiches with no meat!!! Only toppings. Wth?!?!
