Wendy's - Austin

This place is so rude. The lady rushed through my order and then rushed through the ride had to go back bc I asked for no Mayo 3 times and then they made it new and forget the bacon. I paid $15 for the worst experience.

Eating is okay, but the service is terrible. They usually forget to include my diving sauce and they don't seem to serve coffee, because every time I ask, they tell me they don't have coffee.

Food is awful. Fries served cold. Won't be repeating anytime soon

I usually go through the Drive Thru, which is quite fast, but the highlight of this situation is that the staff here are ALWAYS super beautiful?:) Food: 4/5

Mad! I have a Uber eats order for my family and I and we did not get half of our food, the Uber driver will not accept your call, and if you call those Wendy’s, they will not even get the phone! How will you spend $75 at a facility and not get half of your meal?? All you get is frits and a drink. The sadest thing is that this is not my first time having problems with this Wendy, but it will be my last. Never order from here again. The staff has not even checked to ensure that all items were in the bag before they sealed it smh
