Taco Bell - Austin

I rank this position 4 stars compared to other Taco Bell restaurants, not necessarily as a fine food location. The service was a little slow, but the food was fresh. The Lord who took my order was attentive, and it seemed like he had nothing against the customer. If you've been to fast food restaurants, you know what I'm talking about. The restaurant as a whole was clean, no garbage or food on the tables, etc. It was a pretty good experience.

Guy in drive thru kept coughing, wasnt wearing a mask or coughing into his shoulder even. just coughing and hacking openly. so unsanitary and disgusting. also complained when I asked for a side .

Extremely slow staff. Took 40 minutes to get through the drive thru with 5 cars total in front of me. These people are either lazy or just incompetent.

This place is full of low life thugs working there, they leave you waiting to order for 10 minutes and when they finally give you the food, it is cold and also do not get the order correctly, they have and attitude like they are doing you a favor and you are paying for their services! If you don’t like your job find something else!

Woman in front of us walked out because noone would help her. Half the tables were dirty and not usable. The food came out right tho which was suprising.Food: 4/5
