This place really went downhill. I moved into a stable because I saw the drive thru was secured and I waited 10 minutes before she finally answered. The lady asked me clearly what I wanted to order, so I told her and then she told me she was just doing drive-thru. The duck?! So I pulled into the drive thru and the SAME cars that were there to the 10 MINUTES BEFORE HAD NOT MOVED. This kind of defeats the purpose of fast food, right? And Sonic Management, instead of just telling me I'm calling companies or a complaint like you with the numerous other complaints on Google, as about you just... I don't know. Listen to your customers and contact the problems.
This place can never be disappointed. We have tried to order Desserts through the mobile app several times (the app works well) and tonight when we get to the place where we enter a stable number. Once done, it demands that the order is on the way out and then says it is done. Wait about 15 minutes, finally on the button and the child says, "You only take drive orders at this time". If I declare that we've already paid and checked in, they'll separate. Repeat 3 4 times before we finally gave up.
I have popcorn chicken, which was mostly only debrised, there was no chicken like that gave me the floor of the batch
Took my 30 min. lunch at work and was near this location so went for convenience. After an hour long terrible experience here I am leaving this review. I placed mobile order. After a very long wait a server came out and started handing me an order that I quickly realized wasn't mine. She didn't say anything when I mentioned it looking confused and walked away. I pressed the button 10 min later to ask if my order was at least recieved. They said ugh uhhhhh we will send someone out. Another crazy amount of time later I get my order. Slush was almost fully melted. I assume from sitting for 45 min? And my food order had onions when that was only edit I made. Was just a hotdog and tots. I pressed button for final time and asked for someone to come out. After another 5 or so min (not right away or anything) a guy comes out so I finally just ask for a refund as I've been here an hour and still don't have what I ordered correctly. He spoke as least amount of words as possible and seemed upset when I asked for a copy of the receipt showing refund. I got a full sheet of paper with scan of receipt. No I'm sorry for this sir or anything. Never again.After posting this and scrolling through other reviews of this location. I think someone needs to step in from corporate because this franchise is clearly barely scraping by and giving the company a bad rep.
