Sonic Drive-in - Austin

The outside music was so loud i couldnt hear the box and she couldnt hear me she got my order wrong even after i tried to correct her i presssed the red button juat after she tooktheorder but she never came back so i could again correct the order. i was over charged by over $5 and she never answered the red button so i ggot out and went to the door to getmhy order corrected and the price fixed. finally i got the price fixed but when the order came it wasstill messed up. and the wholethingwas very slow

Ordered honey BBQ popcorn chicken, received regular.Ordered 2 large fry, received regular sized tots.Ordered #2 add jalapeños, didn't have jalapeños or bacon.Tots were not fresh, at all.

I like this location. Has nice shade. It's a decent Sonic. It's better than others around town. Service is good most of the time.

This Sonic is terrible. I honestly think the staff inside will just not answer when you press the button in the hopes that you will just leave. I waited at this place for like 10 minutes before they answered the button and it was NOT busy at all, there was like 3 cars total. When they finally answered I ordered a oreo peanut butter sonic blast. Guess what I got? Literally just a cup with vanilla ice cream in it. Had no oreo nor peanut butter. Obviously I won't be returning. Whoever is managing this place has given up.

I was on my way home from work during a tornado storm just didn't want 5cook dinner. I appreciated that they were open and the Server congenial as ever and I could even see her smile through the COVID 19 mask delivered my order to the car as usual despite the heavy rain. The food was warm and tasty as always. Highly recommend.
