This place is unacceptable! I can’t believe how they treat the vulnerable (homeless) population! Pure discrimination!

As always, great service, great food, even at 2 a.m. I still get the same service. I used to work here a long time ago, and everything is actually 100% fresh, not a single freezer in the whole store. 10x better than in-n-out (they should go back to Cali and pet P Terry's handle Texas).

UPDATE: Owner Patrick Terry called me directly and has fired the Manager and has Refunded purchase. A meeting is set to correct and make change at this location I hope to report better in the near future. I believe the Security company (Priebe Security) and Jessenia Poratta (Officer) should also be held accountable It pleases People's Voice to inform all who have expressed concern regarding the recent Report against P.Terry's Location 515 Congress and it's management and Security Ogfficer's Priebe Security) poor choice to Deny a Homeless man a Meal twice as well as deny customers to buy him a meal therfore called the police and had customer trespassed for trying to do a good and human thing (Feed Anothe Human Being).People's Voice have decided to remove the report after directly speaking with Mr.Patrick Terry (Owner) who has been in touch almost daily since the incident following up and assuring this matter has been addressed. It is to our satisfactory that the right thing was done in this matter The Manager in question is no longer employed by P. Terry's. It is now our focus to see justice served regarding the Priebe Security Officer who made the poor choice to call police as well as not afford customer the lawful right to express and explain her side of the matter. This is our first time in Austin as a family and P Terrys was recommended to me by YMH studios podcast, Your Mom's House. This is by far the best burger joint we have ever been to hands down and Bar none. Highly recommend to any Tourist.
