Bidrage med feedbackDreadful customer service! Today I took my daughter to lunch in triangle (n. lamar guadalupe). she ordered a huge sub with chips and huge drink. the casser has arranged it wrong and I didn't know she did it. She asked if I needed the acknowledgement and I said no, so she threw it away. I gave them a 15% drinking money, as I always do when I go to lunch. when the command came, the sandwich was the wrong size, so I made it aware.
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered, they took my money, and I patiently waited in store for my food my entire lunch break. When I politely asked about my order and they tried to hide the fact that they forgot to make my sandwich. They said it was my fault because I didn’t tell them how I wanted it made. I said I don’t know I was supposed to stay in line after I paid. They responded that it was obvious and it was my fault. I told them it was literally my second time ever visiting a Jersey Mikes and no one told me that the first time. They tried to make me wait for my refund at a table and I told them I needed my refund now because I had to get back to work. Their manager actually made me late for work because she started to go slow in giving me my refund just to be petty. When she finally printed my receipt I thanked her and she rolled her eyes and walked off. The girl who claimed to be the manager refused to let me to talk to anyone else except her about the issue and said that if I wanted to escalate the issue I could figure it out on my own. So here I am writing a google review because no other option was available. They didn’t even want to give me a refund for my sandwich because they tried to give me a half made sandwich even though I didn’t have time to eat it, and I did ask 3 times just to give me my food that I ordered however it came and they kept waiting and asking me questions. I went to work without lunch and hadn’t had breakfast today. Was really let down with their customer service and super bummed because this place is the only place close enough to my work if I happen to forget to bring a lunch.
I have been visiting here for two years, but the last time I was there no one was wearing a mask and there were no signs. Since we are at Level 5, I won’t be going back until the level goes down. This is my current favorite sandwich place, but I’ll find a place that takes COVID seriously.
I've been to this location 3 to 4 times and each time a new person has made my sub, but it has never been correct. It is never busy when I go, but the sandwich is still rushed. There's always been a missing ingredient. In contrast When I visit Dripping Springs, the Belterra location always does a good job. The same goes for the closest location to me- Anderson Ln.
Ordered two sandwiches through Uber Eats. I ordered white bread on both. Received wheat bread on both. I ordered no tomatoes on one. I got tomatoes. YOU HAD ONE JOB.EDIT: In response to the owner’s response, I did order no tomatoes as evidenced by the attached photo.
