If the employees spent more time focused on employees and less engaging in personal life talk while customers are there, they would be much better. The manager and an employee were discussing their significant others and they did not even focus totally on my order. The cashier did not know what went with the order. The manager kept engaging in terrible conversation in front of customers.

I am not a sandwich person, but I love their sandwiches! It is simple, but tastes good and fresh! The only sandwich shop I actually have a craving for.The staff is friendly.
