Fairmont Austin - Feedback

Food was great, but they would have pointed out that 18% of the satisfaction had already been added. I didn't know it and it was not highlighted or pointed out...

No room decoration only on the tables. They were nice but the room was very, uninviting sterile even.

Update: the personal was beyond the recording as soon as contacted directly.

The gingerbread house making experience was so fun and different! The pastry chef was so talented and helpful. All in all, a very memorable experience!

Apparently this was the first time the Fairmont had done a Thanksgiving buffet, and it was a lovely experience. The food itself was delicious and the hotel over...
