Chicken Bowl Lavaca - Austin

Just had a spinach omelet and it was great. Lots of veggies. Great flavor. The owner is so nice. Next visit to Austin will include a visit to The Chicken Bowl.

A bit pricey but the customer service was great. They messed up my friends’ orders, came quickly to apologize and freebies. The vibe here is like family business, everyone is like brother sister auntie uncle to me. Catfish plate did not meet my expectation, I should try chicken bowl then. Will try some other plates in other days.

It's a small place so get there early, foods good. Salsa is hot. It's a bit pricey 20 , but I typically have leftovers, plus I keep going back ;

I got the steak fajitas tacos and they were delicious! The customer service was great and the salsa was amazing!

This is a great place to grab a quick lunch. Their breakfast is really good as well.
