Amy's Ice Creams - Austin

Sometimes I treat myself to a small bowl of vanilla ice cream with KitKats and Oreo cookies at Amy's Eis. It's delicious. While it may be cheaper to buy more ice cream in bulk, the convenience of having it right there when you want it is priceless. After a day of shopping, it's the perfect place to satisfy a sweet tooth. Even if you've already had a meal, adding a dessert from Amy's Eis can be the perfect ending.

After a stroll in McKinney State Park, we stopped by a nearby restaurant to grab some ice cream. There were plenty of flavors to choose from, and the staff member who assisted us was extremely friendly - she even suggested some unique flavors and gave us ice cream for our dogs free of charge. While the service was excellent, I felt the prices were a bit high for the portion size. We only tried two flavors, which unfortunately didn't leave a lasting impression. Additionally, I'm not sure if it's related, but I wanted to mention that after using my credit card at the restaurant, it was used fraudulently elsewhere shortly after. I hadn't used that card in over a year, except for at the restaurant. Overall, the ice cream/shake didn't stand out to me, so I'm unsure if I would return.

I visit this restaurant once a month and always anticipate my meal there. They have a wide variety of delicious aromas and flavors.

Glad to see politics so involved with ice cream… 2 years later and strict mask policies… I like my Ice cream without communism involved. Sad.
