Dirty outdoor space, staff was not friendly, terrible atmosphere, coffee was third rate. The young girl Kenzie was very rude and ugly to me on my last visit. Having a location on the lake is great, and that doesn’t preclude y’all from providing good service. I think that you might want to consider going in a different direction. 1/10 would not step foot in that place again. Step it up. Parking: You can’t even find this place from gps

Great location with a large porch with views of Town Lake (Ladybird Lake). Good place for people watch especially on weekends with all the activity from the Rowing club below the coffee shop.The coffee is fine and the food options are minimal. The draw here is the porch and the view.

Let’s say their coffee/cappuccinos is not their greatest strength, but their view and seating area is great.

Great stop on Town Lake trail, great set-up to rest from your run or enjoy a drink. The seating area outside is comfortable for a quick coffee or breakfast. The outdoor deck faces the lake and you can see all kinds of wildlife from it. The place is pet friendly, has clean restrooms, and has hot and cold drinks- including a delicious rosé cider. Enjoy the visit.

Nice coffee shop located right on the bike and bike trail, inside the Walter Creek Boathouse. No indoor seating, but they have a few tables outside. Some are shaded.It’s a nice stop while hiking or after renting a kayak. I usually take one of their iced drinks and always enjoyed them.
