Waffle House - Austell

The service was a little slow, but waiting was worth it. The food was great and the waffle was fluffy and not cooked over. The bacon and sausage sandwich was great and the combination of bacon, egg and sausage was excellent. I would eat there at any time!!! People were kind and helpful.

I've never had any problems in this waffle house. The food is great and the service is great. The only time I really had a problem was when I came on a Saturday night and I didn't get my order taken over at that moment. I had to wait sooo long. Ten seconds. Just fun. I didn't have to wait. But to eat in the waffle house, there are some unspoiled guidelines. If you come in shift change or cleaning time, you may not get the best service, but it will be a good service. By the way, this restaurant has the best cooks. Especially on Friday and Saturday night.

Really nice people. One of the gentlemen stood at the door to open the door for people as they came in and left! Really clean, really fast in service. Saw down, waiter came to our order 15 minutes later served our food. It was really filled. I was with many Waffle Houses and that was by far the best Waffle House I was.

Maybe sounds silly, but last night we had the best Waffle House experience here. We went across the street from the hotel and were greeted by a security officer who opened the door for us. Even in recent events, our security was not something we thought about before, but it was encouraging to see WaHo what they can do to make employees and guests comfortable again. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our server Diamond was so kind to get us drinks as we put ourselves and take our order right away. When she put our plates down after a few minutes, she mentioned that she thought the bacon was a little crispy and had already asked the cook to make a new order that would come. The cook was excellent because everything was delicious, even the first order of the Craspier-Bacon. Simply put, we were impressed enough of this Waffle House to talk about it for an hour after our departure, tell our friends to make plans to get another waffle before we leave the city, and write this review. It is a big waffle house and the people who work there are also.
