Wendy's - Aurora

They go through tonight. 10:53, here to pick up for a delivery service, and I and all the others who have ordered or ordered are sitting on a side parking lot where they directed us for 30 minutes. a child with long hair, hat backwards and a bad attitude. the management must arrive at this location and make some changes aap.

It's hit or miss. for example, tonight they served raw hamburger. my man only noticed it after his first bite. So we cooked properly at home.

Talk about rude. Did a mobile order for inside pickup. Get to the store and the door is locked so decided I should wait in the drive thur line. After waiting 15 min in line finally get to the speaker and told to go ahead and pull up. So I get to the window and no one says a word finally she starts trying to hand me stuff and I say that isn't mine. So some lady with short hair in what I'm assuming is the managers says your order isn't ready. Pull up to the door. So I move up and this same lady comes out and berates me for not going to the other side of the store where the door is open. I ask how am I supposed to know that, without a sign. She continues to act like I'm just supposed to know and then tells me **** you. Great service wendys.

This location is horrible! The staff are very rude and incompetent. My order was wrong, food was missing, and forgot my ice cream. Do yourself a favor and take yourself down to smash burger if you want good service. Unless they can make it up to me somehow, I will not be returning.

Ordered a baked potato with chives cheese and bacon and a large Coke when I got to the window to get my change she handed me nothing but 75 cents worth of nickels which I have arthritis so I couldn't hold all of them in my hand at once and she didn't offer to replace the nickel that fell on the ground so I just told her to keep it not thinking much of it. Then before I had a chance to pull completely out of the parking lot I opened up my baked potato and all it had on it was chives so I drove back around to the drive up told him what happened and they told me I had to go inside. I have to go inside for an order that they messed up that they could easily fix at the window but they wanted me to go inside. Then I get online to call them to complain and I see they have a 3.2 rating I can see why
