Swirk Soul Food Southern Catfish And Bbq

My visit to Swirk Soul Food was a disappointing one. The food was absolutely disgusting, and it left a lot to be desired in terms of taste and quality. Additionally, the man who took the order was not very pleasant, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant. I had higher expectations for this place, but unfortunately, it fell short on every level. I wouldn't recommend dining here if you're looking for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.

Well...been here several times no complaints or problems until today. Fish was always cooked done and crispy.Tried calling to place an order before my lunch at work. Phone just rings and rings. Place was empty when I arrived.I ordered my food catfish sandwich meal with fries and potato salad.Food was ready quick so I thought like 10mins..Got back to work and was prepared to eat and the fish was not cooked all the way through (raw)and not crispy either. Potato salad was warm sitting under the fish.I called the restaurant and complained. Showed up after work to get a refund or possibly a new cooked through meal.Yall this man was waiting for me and his attitude was stanky immediately he blames me saying I didn't ask for the fish to be crispy!! literally going off on me! Who the hell ASKS for the catfish to be crispy? That's EXACTLY what I was expecting why I gotta tell you to do your job?!I was really surprised didn't expect this attitude at all. My money was refunded and I do not plan to ever order food from here again. Lost my business here sir.

Have only ordered delivery, haven't visited yet, but I love this food. Catfish always on pont. Wish was spicy, but great as is. The beef ribs, HELL YEAH so good and so thick Pork chops were really good. Hush puppies, corn bread, fried okra, greens... this is really good food!Food: 5/5

I ask the older gentleman if he had home made potato salad he told me yes. When I received my meal it was store brought potato salad with mustard added to it when i mentioned it the man got upset so i ordered greens and cornbread the cornbread was hard af and the greens was glory seasoned mixed greens. ALL CAN FOOD.. don’t wast your time and his cakes are from kings…

Been there two times. Can’t believe I went back a second time!! Both times told me the menu prices were “wrong” and charged me more than the listed prices. Refused to explain this. Ribs were not smoked. Oven-baked and tough. Collard greens were utterly tasteless. Canned?? Bad food. Weird, terrible service. Avoid.
