Snowl - Aurora

Fair warning, place can veryyyyyyyyyyyyyy in the evening, so it can take a dae to get their order! great place to socialize with friends and snack on their taiyaki, ice, drinks, etc. if they serve a soft drink, they get the mixed one that is half matcha and half mile — my fave! the parking space can be hard in this complex as it is shared among the other companies.

Tried the Tayaki, Macha ice cream, milk tea ice cream and Yuja tea. They were all delicious! The order is simple and efficient on their digital screens, and the service was very fast!

Made a spontaneous visit to try their boba. The inside is super awesome and cute. You order on the touch screens available. Got the blue lemonade a bit tart but tasty) mango smoothie and mango peach smoothie!. Definitely want to visit again and try other drinks and their fishes.

I really appreciate the kiosks (with sanitizer available) that Snowl added as of 2020. Although it's pretty standard for boba drinks, the wrapped straws and sealed plastic lids make me feel better about picking up drinks for a crowd. I recently learned about the fruit teas, and they are my new go-to. The passion fruit green tea is amazing.

If I could give this a 6/5 I would. I love snowl and I take all of our visitors here. The shaved ice is phenomenal, the tayaki and fillings are flavorful and crispy, the drinks are great, boba is soft and chewy, and the rice cakes are savory/ sweet/ crunchy/ chewy bits of joy. I have never had anything here I didn't love. My only warning would be the shaved ice bowls are massive and it's hard for even two people to eat. I wish they had mini sizes! We had the black sesame bowl and an order of the tteok kkochi with a Thai tea milk tea this go around and we left stuffed between the two of us. Just get in the car and go already! Super kid friendly too.
