Pf Chang's Aurora

Had a great time at PF change with my friend! The dumplings and Brussels sprouts were great! Olivia was so kind and took care really good care of us. It was easy to get a reservation. We have been to this PF Chang’s many times and this time was very disappointing. The worst service that we have ever had and the food was just ok.

We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and when we arrived the table had a special birthday setting. They had a signed card from the staff and they really made it nice.

In the past Id say PF Changs was very consistent...lately I don't feel that way. 1 time we got cute little fingertip towels when we sat down. The next time we didn't get them and the waitress said she forgot our table. This last time we didn't get them and the waitress said they were restocking them. The food is still delicious, the prices have gone up and the portions have gotten smaller. It must be a tough place to work, we go there about 5 6 times a year and never see the same employees.

A lot of my favorites are no longer on the menu. I didn't feel that what I ordered was as flavorful as it used to be.
