Joyce's Famous Pizza - Aurora

Who knows pizza knows that it started here in the usa, as we now know in the nyc in the early 1900s. it's not over everything except taste. good teig, good sauce, good cheese and good toppings. they all have to win. freude has them all. the picture says everything. these are 45 minutes. shiny in the light, the perfection of sauce, cheese and perfect peppermint....the,btw tastes natural and porky, not like the chains that all taste and process metallic. (I stopped ordering from the young who have all because of the pepper chocolate). the teig is so delicious. ready to a perfect golden one, they immerse it like a brotstick! 2 for 1! they want an authentic NY-style pizza.
