Domino's Pizza - Aurora

If I could do 0 stars I would. Horrible and rude staff and pizza is awful every-time. Don't waste your time and money

I would like to say this is the worst dominos I’ve ever order from! Or at least tried to but they canceled my order when they were still open. The manager that I talk to and the staff are very rude and hung up in my face 7 times!!! I’m a manager at Pizza Hut and I understand they get busy and even if they had to cancel it but no calls? To let me know is poor service and then on top of that being very rude and hanging up before I can finish saying what I have to say I don’t recommend this dominos

? ? ? ? ? stop do not order from here. I never recieved my order. Took more than 2 hours to even start the delivery. I literally live 2 min away. They took so long everything else was closed. I just hope I get my money back. Ordered at 9:22pm said delivered after 11:18. Had to call twice second time they mentioned driver left it outside the door. I Specifically said hand deliver. Now the guy that answered didn't even bother on making things right. I have a full family. We are very dispointed in this place. Take your money elsewhere. ? ? ? ? ?

1 mile from store. 6:47 ordered, 7:29 quality check, 8:42 delivery on a Sunday night. Not that Domino's cares but they'll do better next time because they'll have at least one less customer. Or they need to hire more people. Edit: Actually arrived at 9:07, two and a half hours after order. Never again.

I have no words . I 'm so frustrated and pissed off. I ordered a pizza . On my way home from work. I had a 12 hour day and haven 't been able to eat all day . So I thought oh pizza sounds good ! . And I have ordered from this place before. And they have been okay. But I guess the last time I ordered from them should have been the sing not do it again . Three fucking hours !!!! And I still didn 't get my pizza . No call . Nothing just the tacker saying it was waiting to get picked up for delivery? What the hell .. tried calling them no one answered. Fucking unbelievable. I 'm someone that gets angered stuff. But be a normal person and call the customer saying that aren 't getting there food . So their not sitting there waiting. Wasting time . I will no longer be ordering from them and I will be spreading the word about there shitty ass store . Hope that pizza taste good !!?
