Yamato Sushi - Aurora

Very fresh sushi, large pieces for the price. Great place for takeout and also have free appetizers if you spend a certain amount. I only wish they’re not always out of sushi rice on a Friday night! Would highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is an okay place to get take out for sushi but I believe it's just okay. Beware of the spicy rolls as the majority of it is filler. The sushi is okay. Sushi is great here! The people working here are so nice all the time always warm greetings in and out the restaurant. Sushi portions are bigger than other places I go to (double in size), prices are very good. Just not a fan of the brown sauce they add to certain rolls (my mistake not omitting that from my last order). I have been to this place several times for convenience only because it is close to work. The first time shortly after they opened they were good and friendly. Now they don't answer the phone for order ahead service anymore. They are rude and they do not treat you well. Their salmon crisp roll is made with rice Krispies! I wanted to get a yam roll and they told me I had to wait for at least 20 min. This is a two man business and during high demand times it is not a good option at all. I am not going back.
