Sunset Grill - Aurora

We go to breakfast sometimes and eating is always perfectly cooked; crispy speck, beautiful eggs, pancakes and sausages freshly squeezed abi and good coffee. clean and updated decor.

I brought my 93-year-old father to this place to lunch. the parking situation was bad, and there was a lack of disabled parking. that was not the fault of the restaurant. I put my dad down and we sat. I went outside to find a parking lot for my car. when I came back, no one had come to the table with a menu, or had offered my father a coffee. we waited approx. 5 minutes, because he was sitting there for 5 minutes. I finally got up and picked up a menu, and we decided what we will order. no service yet. some people came after us and were served. when I mentioned it to another server that served next to us the table that had also come to us in about 15 minutes that we had waited long, she told us that our waitress covered cash and that we had to wait. I understand that times can be busy and that they might have had a short personal, but a offer of coffee, a menu, a recognition that we would even have gone a long way there! After 25 minutes wait without service, we stood up and went. Even the customers who sit around us apologized for our experience when they saw that we were on the way. I'm not one who makes a big scene, we just stood up and left, but others had noticed that we sat long without service. I have heard that the service at this place is bad, and unfortunately our experience has not changed what I have heard. I'm not coming back!

Average breakfast place. mostly full and loud. nothing special and expensive. would not return.

I was served a bad warm mountain, with a skin, with sloppy, discs and crumbs of kartoffels. the court was as fodder to swear. I was just shocked.

This experience was much better than anticipated. My daughter wanted breakfast instead of lunch and this was the closest to where we were. I was pleasantly surprised with the warm and welcoming service, the portions and the price. The food was fresh and made to...order, yet prompt. My daughter has had pancakes at many of the top chains and I laughed out loud at her reaction it was really over the top she sure enjoyed her meal, and for someone who does not like to drink water, I also laughed out loud when she said that it was the best water ever . So there you go kid and mom and budget approved.
