Mcdonald's - Aurora

Omg , worst experience ever.I ordered a double fish filet specified to my liking and when I got it I checked to see if it was done correctly, which it wasn't- ok np so I asked for extra pickles as there was only 3 on it. So the manager went and grabbed pickles with bare hands and walked over to me with pickles dripping juice all over the counter and wanted to plop them on my fish. I was horrified that not only she did not have gloves on , but did not put pickles in a cup to give me. I freaked and she said that was their policy. I refused the pickles being served to me with bare hands and when I looked at the other staff at the back making food, nobody was wearing gloves when preparing food. My daughter who was with me witnessing this dilemma started to cuss the manager off for being dirty and not running the franchise properly. I'm following up with a report to public health. Shame on you McDonalds for not training staff properly. So please anyone going to McDonald's at the Walmart in Aurora at 404 , beware of their nasty practices and unsafe handling of food.

I never leave reviews. It took 15 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich combo plus one extra sandwich (AKA The Daniel), and the coffee wasn't even hot when I finally got it. Bad time. 1 star.

The worst McDonald I've ever been. Super slow, very unorganized, dirty

The kiosk didn't work well, the staff didn't clean the tables or under the tables. I even think they forgot the sugar in my iced coffee.

I waited over 15 minutes just to order and receive a coffee.whch is absolutely ridiculous!. Waited at the counter for service because I had a coupon. I was ignored by the cashier as she prepared orders . She didn't even acknowledge my presence which was rude. Finally, a fellow from the back came to serve me. There were others waiting behind me. I prefer the old system where cashiers took your order and brought your food right away. This new system is horrible and wait times are much longer. I used to work for McDonald's where customers and courtesy were a priority. Nowadays, workstaff there are rude. Also I noticed the food handlers did not wear rubber gloves while preparing sandwiches which is disgusting.. This place needs leadership, direction.and better training. I will not be going back there.
