Bidrage med feedbackPopped in for a drink during a game. We joined a table of a few of our friends that were already there. Server only popped by once in about an hour. I do understand it was busy. However, when it came time to get our bills and tip, some of us tipped, a decent amount might I add. The server, didn’t catch her name unfortunately, asked if there was an issue since two people didn’t tip, and then began to complain about how she still has to tip out 6%. I understand as a server this is a thing, but to harass and practically demand a tip for someone is unacceptable. She then proceeded to go to other tables saying our entire table didn’t tip her out and complaining about us. Absolutely ridiculous, I know it’s the spots for drinks and watching the game, nothing high end, but still to harass your guest about a tip, when you got some from the other party members is ridiculous.

Comment from a former waiter: Lady working the bar with glasses is a problem. I have lived in Newmarket now for 2 years and have never experienced poorer customer service at any restaurant or bar. As I was walking back from the washroom she turned into me and spilled shots on my sports coat. She yelled **** at me when she turned into me. I was confused at first thinking someone had simply brushed against me, until I realised the person she was badmouthing to customers at the bar was me. I apologized and said I didn 't know she was there (how would I have known she would turned into me). The group I was with ordered a variety of drinks and food. My friend next to me ordered coffee and she was upset with him for his order. He joked with her asking if it was ok for him to order coffee, she seemed upset that he wasnt having an alcoholic beverage and he laughed and said if he had to ask for cream again he would just drink it black so as to avoid her. It was all very confusing. She seemed upset with the entire table for no reason and after going through the beers on tap told the entire table that we needed to listen so she wouldn 't have to repeat herself. I enjoy going here for the food and the prices but if I have to be served by her I 'll probably leave next time and go elsewhere. People come here on a Friday evening to relax and have a good time after a long week. No one wants to feel stressed out by someone who makes others feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed.
Food was cold, even though there was only one other occupied table when we were seated, server was asked to bring the check three times, the last time, she said “alright “. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Just an FYI for anyone that intends on going here. The few times I’ve been here in the past I’ve seen the most disorganized management style alongside sheer disrespect. I had gone here some time ago but figured it was appropriate to put a review after some conversations with friends that feel the same way about this so called “establishment”. To be quite frank, the owner is a careless, aggressive and an unfit individual for working within the dining industry. He had aggressively approached me out of the blue and angrily asked “are you the guy in a grey sweater that has a problem with my service fees?”, I didn’t know what he was talking about and didn’t appreciate the sheer random disrespect he showed towards me publicly. Shortly afterwards I had seen the same man run out of the location with a waitress in his arms that seemed knocked out overdosing by some form of drug. The man was sweat ridden and immediately got into an SUV and drove off. In retrospect, it would’ve been a good decision to call the police on what we had seen, because he did not look to be in a good condition to drive. It’s important to note that this experience was a few years ago, so if their management has changed I may consider a re-visiting and subsequently editing my review. As it stands, and to my current knowledge, this is not a customer friendly location, and is incredibly mishandled with the potential of being a decent place.
