Service was amazing and food fantastic. Presents offered by the restaurant when we have left. Really top notch restaurant in the region.
We had the good fortune to stay at this beautiful hotel restaurant. The welcome was warm and friendly with a very personable and professional young couple in charge of the establishment. The rooms are very comfortable! Amelie Jouve was very kind and attentive to our every need, and the chef Dimitri Andre blew us away with the fantastic food. The plates are very generous, and the presentation classic with a modern twist. We will definitely return, as we had such a pleasant stay and the food was divine! Thank you Amelie and Dimitri! We had a wonderful stay in Haute-Loire!
