We find the restaurant near kerdrain on our journey through the Gulf of morbihan. specifically this establishment is located in the small town of auray this is one of those restaurants with its own personality and that preserves all the charm and essence of bretaña. the quiet and familiar atmosphere gives it a very particular character that the chef, fernand corfmat, has a very peculiar way of cooking, and he is committed to giving free rein to his imagination to compose some exquisite dishes that fascinated us, both for its drop and for its presentation, the restaurant the proximity of kerdrain has four classic rooms where you serve the food. They have a different decoration according to the room, but they all keep a line of wooden furniture, careful tableware and extreme tapestries was a wonderful eating in this place. the food was delicious and had an intense flavor thanks to the perfumed spices and flowers that smell to make the menus. A complete success without waiting!

This was the most memorable and delicious lunch we have ever had. It was a transformative experience. Every element of our visit was ideal. The ambience of the house is so relaxing and beautiful. Madam Corfmat and the young lady and gentleman who served us were models of kindness and charm. The champagne and appetisers we had while we read the menu were fantastic, inventive and surprising. The lunch itself was perfection and knowledgeable advice ensured that each dish was complimented by the best wine. The coffee and petits fours were so good too, and when we walked back to our car, we could hardly believe our good fortune to have spent a few hours in such heaven.We sincerely thank Madame for looking after us so graciously and thank you Monsieur for the genius you display in your kitchen.

I attended the restaurant with my partner last Wednesday evening, slightly apprehensive of what to expect. Whilst this was to be my first experience at La Closerie de Kerdrain, my partner had frequented the restaurant a number of times previously and had informed me of the quality of food and service that we were to receive. She even went as far as to say it would be, in all likelihood, the highlight of our holiday. Needless to say I was not disappointed but instead thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail in every course. The presentation was exquisite throughout and the service impeccable. Unlike other fine dining restaurants that I have visited in the past, this one managed to be of the highest quality without being pretentious. A real highlight for the two of us was their rosemary ice cream, true proof of the innovation at the heart of the establishment.After such a successful evening, I will be sure to promote this restaurant to anyone visiting the area and I hope to one day return for an new and equally intriguing experience.

I picked La Closerie de Kerdrain to have my birthday dinner and we were absolutely stunned! This old residence is transformed into a unique restaurant. The hostess took very good care of us (we had in our party two person with disability) and put us in a private room with a big round table that made us feel like we were in the royal family! :) Apart from that, the food was amazing, we had the menu and each one of us was more than satisfied with the variety and the taste of their dishes all of them cooked with local products. In the end, they surprised me with a dessert that had written on with chocolate syrup "joyeux anniversaire"! Yum!!! Definitely recommended!!

In my view the best restaurant in the area. Very lovely garden. Food great, wine list interesting, service as it should be, owners very eager to please.
