We were here last night (3/29/24) right at closing time. There were a number of younger folks there creating a lot of noise, and disturbing the peace. I am not sure if they had purchased food or not. There were verbal confrontations between an older male, and the younger folks. My sisters food was overcooked, we had to insist a manager came out to have the food righted. The reason given was that the fryer grease was contaminated after being used all day. The food WAS re-prepared but only after we insisted on it, initially we were told that orders were stopped for the night.
I enjoyed my delicious, well seasoned low country boil!
My service was fast and had no problem with my order, the food was tasty, hot and freshly made. ?Parking: Easy access to and fro.
I went to sonic today 12/19 and got lunch for me and my family and when i got home to eat after taking 2-3 bites i looked down at my sandwich and noticed the chicken was still raw in the inside! When i called the sonic store i asked for a manager on duty and the person on the phone said your speaking to one and i told him what was going on with my sandwich and it was a 3 minute literal delay of silence before he said what do you want us to do about it. He was very nonchalant with no care in the world that i was eating raw chicken. Poor customer service we have never had a problem with this sonic and we go here all the time but won’t be any longer. Everyone does make mistakes but it’s how you handle the mistake that makes a difference and the “manager” didn’t handle this at all well. I would like to speak to someone hire up, as a business owner myself I would definitely want my associates to do and be better.
