Diablo's Southwest Grill

Went through the drive through to order on Friday after 5:30 in the afternoon. They were pretty busy as you can expect at any food establishment on a Friday. I ordered 3 steak quesadillas and an order of nachos. My total came out to $52. The wait wasn’t an issue at all (waited well over 20 minutes) and the staff although “stressed” and “busy” were very friendly. My drive home is about 15 minutes away. When I looked at my order, I only received 2 of the steak quesadillas ordered, 2 bags of chips, no salsa, and the order of nachos were not as requested and were very sloppy. (See picture taken, tried to mix the nachos up) could not finish eating it. The steak quesadillas had a great flavor but the tortilla was very soggy because of the liquid from the amount of tomatoes they added on. This location is usually good but definitely missed the ball on this one.

It was our first time at the Peach Orchard rd Diablos and the customer service was impeccable. My son is handicapped and we were using the drive thru We didnt really know what to or how to order so the young lady took her time to come out of the restaurant and helped us with our order. WITH A BIG SMILE.I was so impressed with the food but mostly the service that went back 2 days later and was greeted by 2 young ladies one was Julianna and the other (one that helped us before) that as they say "Service with a Smile "Because of these smiling faces im gonna be regular. They can train others to be this way and businesses would be very successful

Marcus is an awesome manager. Peach orchard is a good location to stop at and get food!!
