Good service, first time in years since I've had my tank filled by a staff member

Never reviewed a servo before but thought it was much deserved! Never have I had someone fuel my car up then clean my windscreen whilst I payed! Really made my morning with some old school hospitality. 10/10

Fantastic customer service. They helped me fuel up and cleaned my windscreen. The staff are happy, social and super helpful. Best place to fuel up in the south west

We went to Augusta for a short getaway in Oct 2021. Decided to pick up fuel from BP Augusta before setting out on the return trip. While filling up the car, a service attendant came out and cleaned the windscreen. What a welcome blast from the past. Going into the store to pay, two friendly attendants were happy to engage in pleasant conversation.I would also like to send my apologies for not returning a friendly wave to the many local Augusta drivers who gave me a wave as we explored the sights of Augusta. Your gestures were unexpected and caught me by surprise. Where I come from, most people can only wave with one finger.Thank you, BP and Augusta, for keeping old traditions alive.

Wow! Didn't expect to have such great service. Thought we went back in time to when a service station meant that someone served you. Well done BP Augusta. I highly recommend that everyone go there, fill up and enjoy the same service we had.
