I waited for 30 minutes before I asked someone and they said they would check it in a second. 15 minutes pass and I ask again and they said they had given it to the wrong person. then they told me to wait another second. 15 minutes later and it was no longer worth it. I thought I had a good service.
I often come to this place and it is better than most other sites in augusta and environment. every time I order the app, my order is always correct and brought out by a nice employee. Normally, the curb-side employees are much more friendly than those in the window.
I usually go to this chic-fil-A because it's closest. it is in the regular, so I order mobile. today for some reason they were extra slow and I ordered a 30-categories and pommes. When I entered, they asked if I was on my order and said it was bagged. 10 minutes later, I heard that the manager tells a hired person to wait for the 30 count so that they can get other 12 and 8 count orders. they didn't know they could be heard. I waited a few minutes more before they finally filled out my order after they have observed that several commands are fulfilled before mine. I won't use this again.
We would have lived closer to this side of the city, we would eat every day at this Chick-fil-A! I love cfa!
Today 7/20 there seemed to be a lot of people busy doing nothing. And a few not so please customer service people. Yes it?s good to have app to skip line; it?s still should not be almost the length of a 30 lunch break to get an order. BEVERLY J was the only person who had a true smile and was glad to help. She was the reason for the 3 instead of a 2 star I did enjoy my meal but otherwise not a pleasurable experience. Not today at lease
