I was in the car for 15 minutes before I entered the order boxes. why don't they use the ipad pos? it was extremely slow and my eating was definitiw for a sitting because it wasn't that warm and the pommes were not fresh. hopefully, this servant will fix the dinge soon. update- it took 30 minutes to go through the trip. there were only nine cars in front of me.
That is the slowest kist that finds a place in the csra. I have never experienced problems at other locations. they would think they would hire more employees at this place. I hate to come to this place. I don't even want to come here and it's very slow.
Joseph is GREAT team member. I went in today and he was only professional, friendly and friendly! I had to make sure that I took his name from his badge to give him the kudos!
Was hungry from the road and wanted cfa - how to do it. we waited for 5 minutes before someone picked up our order and there were workers who just stood behind the counter did nothing. we were the only customers in the line, before we had ordered ourselves, one of the workers was there. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without tomato and a diet arnold palmer. I got a gcs without salad with tomato and a normal arnold palmer. I tried to thank the workers the doubt, but then I saw the same girl that spoke our order behind the guarded area with other workers. they also played instrumental justin beber and not Christian music. I love cfa, but I am very disappointed by this service.
This used to be my favorite location and now that I live even closer I go here pretty often. The past 5 times I've gone my order has had something wrong with it. From missing fries to adding things I didn't ask for? Most recently I ordered a salad that doesn't come with bacon on it and for some reason they added bacon. I still ate it because while I don't like bacon, I don't hate it either. I wasn't happy but I'm just thankful I'm not someone who can't eat bacon for religious reasons or what have you. I understand things taking longer than they used to due to short staffing issues, but I used to work F&B for years and I know how easy it is to ring orders in correctly and/or read the ticket to at least make it the way it's ordered on said ticket. It's very frustrating to go and knowing that my order will most likely have an issue, and I have too much social anxiety to take the time to check at the window before driving off which I'm sure many people can relate to. I'll most likely be taking the extra time to drive to another location from now on even though this one is less than 5 minutes from my house.
